Article 1 – Definitions 
Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the course of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur. 
Entrepreneur: the natural person who offers products and/or services to the consumer at a distance. The possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period. Distance contract: an agreement in which, in the context of a system organized by the entrepreneur for distance selling of products/services, up to and including the conclusion of the agreement, exclusive use is made of one or more remote communication techniques. Remote communication technology: means that can be used for concluding an agreement, without the consumer and entrepreneur meeting simultaneously in the same room.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between entrepreneur and consumer. The text of the general terms and conditions is made available to the consumer electronically.
Article 4 – The offer
The entrepreneur uses images that give the most truthful representation of the products and/or services. Every product is completely customized by hand. As a result, there may be minimal differences between products small deviation between the submitted design and the final result. Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to the acceptance of the offer. This concerns in particular: the price including taxes; the cost of delivery; the manner in which the agreement will be concluded and which actions are required for this; the exclusion of the right of withdrawal; the method of payment, delivery and execution of the agreement.
Article 5 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded after the consumer has accepted the offer and the payment has been made.
Article 6 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has no option to cancel the agreement. This concerns a custom collection that has been ordered and printed especially for the consumer. After the payment by the consumer and the conclusion of the agreement, the entrepreneur may already have performed custom actions in accordance with the specifications of the consumer. It is not possible to return a custom product.
Article 7 – Warranty
All products are made with great care for quality and using high-quality tools. However, it remains custom products so please wear the products with care to enjoy the products for as long as possible. Products are subject to wear and tear during use. Article 8 – Delivery and execution
The entrepreneur will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to the entrepreneur. The entrepreneur will execute accepted orders as soon as possible. All orders are delivered via DHL or PostNL. You will receive a track and trace through the email address provided. Customizations is not responsible for any errors made by the shipping couriers. Customizies is not responsible for the shipment of products from the consumer to the entrepreneur for customization.
Article 9 – Applicable
Applicable law by completing the order form on the site, you accept these general terms and conditions and that they will form part of the purchase agreement between consumer and entrepreneur. The entrepreneur has the right to change these general terms and conditions and the content of the site. The purchase agreement between consumer and entrepreneur is governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, only Dutch law applies.
Article 10 – Logos
The brands and/or logos of the entrepreneur that appear on this site are registered trademarks for the Benelux and/or for the whole world and are protected by trademark law. Any use of these trademarks or logos of the entrepreneur, without the prior written consent of the entrepreneur, constitutes a trademark infringement for which the infringer is liable and which, in some cases, can be punished criminally.
Article 11 – Privacy statement
The entrepreneur considers it important that the information provided by the consumer is treated carefully and confidentially. The entrepreneur will not pass on the personal data you provide to other parties, with the exception of third parties that are engaged in the execution of your order. When placing an order, we need your name and delivery address to be able to carry out the order. Consumer data is used internally to inform you of, for example, changes in the range, offers and relevant information about the entrepreneur.
